By accessing AnnuitiesHQ.com ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2.About AnnuitiesHQ

AnnuitiesHQ.com is an independent educational and informational website operated by AnnuitiesHQ Inc., incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We provide educational content about annuity products and access to a directory of licensed advisors. AnnuitiesHQ is not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or dealer. We do not sell annuity products, accept applications, or process transactions.

3.Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in violation of applicable law
• Transmit unsolicited advertising
• Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Engage in harmful or objectionable conduct
• Use bots or scrapers to collect data without written consent

5.Advisor Directory and Third-Party Advisors

Inclusion in our advisor directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any advisor's services, qualifications, or suitability. AnnuitiesHQ does not verify credentials or licensing status beyond initial listing requirements. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence before engaging any advisor. Any engagement is solely between you and the advisor; AnnuitiesHQ is not a party and assumes no liability.

All content on AnnuitiesHQ.com — text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of AnnuitiesHQ Inc. or its licensors, protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

AnnuitiesHQ does not warrant that: (a) the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) information is complete, accurate, or current; or (c) the Site is free of viruses. Annuity rates change frequently; always verify directly with carriers or licensed advisors.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnuitiesHQ Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any decisions made in reliance on Site content. Total liability for all claims shall not exceed CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnnuitiesHQ Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ontario, Canada.

13.Changes to These Terms

AnnuitiesHQ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review this page periodically.

14.AHQ Advisor Network — Subscription Terms

The AHQ Advisor Network is a paid subscription service available to licensed annuity advisors ("Members"). By initiating a subscription — including a free trial — you agree to the following terms in addition to all other terms on this page.

• Free Trial. Your subscription begins with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at enrollment to hold your Founding Member position. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Automatic Renewal. At the end of your free trial, your subscription automatically renews at the rate you selected ($9.00/month or $97.00/year) and continues to renew on the same billing cycle until cancelled. By enrolling, you authorize AnnuitiesHQ Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no charge. To cancel, log into your member dashboard or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your member benefits until that date.
• Price Changes. Founding Members who enrolled during the founding offer period are guaranteed their locked rate for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing. AnnuitiesHQ reserves the right to change pricing for new members or lapsed members at any time.
• Membership Benefits. Benefits — including profile listing, lead match notifications, and access to the AHQ Advisor Playbook — are provided on an as-available basis. AnnuitiesHQ does not guarantee a minimum number of leads or inquiries. The Playbook is granted as a non-exclusive digital license and is yours to keep regardless of membership status.

15.No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been charged, no refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: early cancellation, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with results, or changes to the service.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to member benefits through the end of your paid billing period. No partial-month or partial-year refunds are provided.

The 30-day free trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the service before being charged. Initiating a subscription and allowing the trial to convert to a paid subscription constitutes full acceptance of this no-refund policy.

AnnuitiesHQ Inc. reserves the right to issue a refund at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Such a decision does not create any obligation to issue refunds in any other case.

16.Chargeback Prohibition and Dispute Resolution

By subscribing to the AHQ Advisor Network, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor for any charge that was authorized under these Terms.

If you have a billing concern or believe you were charged in error, you must contact AnnuitiesHQ first at [email protected] and allow us a minimum of five (5) business days to review and respond before escalating to your bank or payment processor. We are committed to resolving legitimate disputes promptly and in good faith.

Initiating a chargeback for a charge that was properly authorized under these Terms — including charges after a free trial converted to a paid subscription — constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your membership
• Removal of your profile from the AHQ advisor directory
• Recovery of the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees assessed to AnnuitiesHQ by its payment processor
• Referral to a collection agency or pursuit of the claim through applicable legal channels

AnnuitiesHQ Inc. reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed in violation of these Terms and to provide all relevant documentation — including enrollment records, these Terms, and payment authorization — to the payment processor or card network in support of that dispute.
